Business Management
The Business Management specialization supports curriculum and research related to understand the dynamics of organizations from a variety of perspectives. Business Management faculty are leaders in the research areas of employee training and development, team decision-making and effectiveness, and strategy formulation and company performance. The specialization in Business Management offers a quality educational experience to traditional and nontraditional students, preparing them for a broad array of careers. The program offers courses which are accessible only to its students who have completed the foundational coursework.

- Facilitate student acquisition of knowledge and understanding of business management theories, models, frameworks and real-world practices.
- Intensify student skills in the areas of problem identification, relevant information attainment, evaluation of alternatives and implementation of appropriate solutions in the area of business management.
- Provide adequate knowledge and understanding of issues of social relevance (e.g., business ethics, cultural diversity and environmental concerns), that managers & leaders must address.
- Implant among students, the aptitude for life-long learning by highlighting the attitude to consistently learn and apply knowledge for personal professional development as well as for the benefit of society at large.
- An ability to understand and recognize the key concepts and theories of management for proper implementation in corporate and non-corporate sectors.
- An ability to apply general management know-how in practical business situations.

1) 1) Human Resources (HR) Specialist
- The primary function of an HR specialist is to recruit, screen, interview and hire employees.
- Most HR specialists are trained in all HR functions. Therefore, they frequently handle other human resource matters, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits and training.

2) Business Development Representative (BDR)
After getting Accounting and Finance degree, you can work as financial analyst for stock market or investment firm
- A BDR is the first point of contact for a new potential client. They educate clients about a company’s products or services in order to increase sales.
- A BDR is responsible for improving a company’s market position and maximizing its financial growth.
- A BDR is also responsible for identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, as well as building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

3) Customer Service Manager
- A Customer Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer service department. They also address any issues from customers or clients.
- A Customer Service Manager’s job description generally includes: develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, define and communicate customer service standards, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing relevant resource.

- Minimum 3.5 years, upon the successful completion of 12 courses per year.
- Standard 4 years, upon the successful completion of 10 courses per year.
- Maximum 5 years, upon the successful completion of 8 courses per year.
