About

Human resource management is a vital part of the University’s operations.
The Office maintains an effective recruitment process, selecting leading faculty and competent professional staff, in order to ensure the delivery of the best educational experience to students. Recruitment processes are competitive and transparent.
The Office also works to boost the morale of employees, by improving their relations with supervisors and management.
Finally, the Unit also supports employees who need to improve specific aspects of their performance.
