CSDU develops and applies innovative and efficient solutions to complex problems, securing the necessary
resources for future campus growth and development, thereby enhancing the excellence of education and
research at AUK.
CSDU’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Oversight of planning, design, construction and maintenance of campus buildings, grounds, utilities,
infrastructure, energy sources and sustainability. - Oversight of commuter fleet, parking services, and campus mail.
- Catering and hospitality.
- Facilities’ management.
- Health and safety.
- Student accommodation.

- Security.
