Natalie Richard

Natalie Richard is a nursing educator and healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings in the U.S. She holds a Master’s of Health Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining AUK, she held a leadership role at a U.S.-based healthcare organization, where she managed clinical operations, developed innovative healthcare processes, and enhanced patient care quality through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. Her research interests include healthcare quality improvement, patient outcomes, clinical and operational leadership, management, and community health initiatives, particularly for underserved populations.
