The President’s Council is a consultative body that reviews and discusses institutional and unit-level matters to enhance coordination, effectiveness, and efficiency among the offices reporting directly to the President. These include the Office of Student Affairs, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning, the Office of Communications, the Office of Legal Counsel, the Office of Advancement, and the Center for Academic and Professional Advancement (CAPA).
The Council serves as a forum for collaboration on large-scale initiatives that require collective planning and execution. It also addresses higher-level institutional priorities such as strategic planning, mission and vision alignment, accreditation, and non-academic self-studies. Through regular dialogue, the Council fosters cross-unit cooperation and supports the University’s continuous development and institutional excellence.
