The Administrative Council is a consultative body that reviews and discusses unit- and institution-level matters to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations within the units reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF). These include the Office of Human Resources, the Office of Finance, the Campus Services Department, and the Information Technology Department.
The Council facilitates collaboration among administrative units, addressing issues that benefit from shared input and coordinated planning. It supports collective approaches to large-scale institutional initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational improvements. Additionally, the Council serves as a forum for discussions on broader topics such as the University’s mission, strategic planning, accreditation, and non-academic self-studies.
