AUK’s Library Book Fair Promotes Personal Development

AUK’s inaugural book fair, held from April 27 to May 5, was a success. The fair, located across three venues starting with the Healthcare Fair and ending with the Job Fair, showcased a total of 250 books offered for the purchase of visitors.

The collection included English-language novels, Kurdish and Arabic books; also included were the older, decorative scientific books that decorate many of the bookcases around the campus.

On its final day, the books were displayed at the Job Fair. Particularly noteworthy was the demand for self-improvement books, as students and alumni recognized their value in job searching and professional growth.

AUK’s Library Book Fair not only generated sales but also exemplified AUK’s commitment to fostering a culture of reading.
