AUK Provost visits Seton Hall University in New Jersey
Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq – July 27th, 2018 – Provost of the American University of Kurdistan, Dr. Nazar Numan, visited the Seton Hall University in New Jersey, USA.
During the visit Provost Numan held a meeting with Provost Karen Boroff, the Senior Associate Provost, Associate deans of Business and Nursing colleges to build a collaboration between the campuses.
The topics of discussion revolved around student internships and students exchange programs for undergraduates from both universities. Also, the possibility of starting joint MBA program between the two institutions as well as joint MA’s in Public Policy, International Relations, and Security and Strategic Studies.
“There was agreement in principle that these programs are doable. A memorandum of understanding is being prepared for review by AUK President, myself and our deans and we hope to get this idea implemented soon once the details are tackled and agreed upon.” Said AUK Provost, Dr. Nazar Numan.
