Loucine Hayes, Director of CAPA, brings almost 30 years of international development experience to AUK. Her leadership spans diverse roles, including U.S. Peace Corps Uganda Director and spearheading initiatives at the American University of Armenia. Mrs. Hayes’s background covers lifelong education, program design, curriculum development, and partnerships. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School and has made significant contributions in executive leadership and public health training.
