The American University of Kurdistan’s student-run radio station, Leopard Radio, broadcasts at 98.7 FM, providing a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative platform for student voices. Established in Spring 2024 and funded by the U.S. Department of State’s ‘Supporting American-Style Higher Education in Iraq’ grant, Leopard Radio features diverse, student-led programming designed to both inform and inspire. Our mission is to promote the University’s values and serve as a cultural and intellectual hub, connecting the university community with the broader region.
