Kurdish Businessman and Donor, Bnas Doski, Visits AUK, Highlights the Importance of Supporting Education

On September 19, 2024, Mr. Bnas Doski, Chairman of Shinal Company, visited the American University of Kurdistan (AUK). During his visit, Mr. Doski met with AUK President Dr. Randall Rhodes to emphasize the critical importance of education in shaping the future of Kurdistan, and highlight how investment in higher education can cultivate future leaders and drive progress.

Mr. Doski met with the five students who have been awarded scholarships to study Architectural Engineering. They expressed gratitude for his support, without which they would not be able to attend AUK.

At the end of his visit, Mr. Doski encouraged other potential donors to step forward and support the University’s mission of educating the next generation of leaders in Kurdistan. He stressed the importance of preparing young minds to lead the region toward a prosperous future.
