Through annual programming such as reunions, networking events, career support, and alumni recognition, AUK ensures that alumni remain a vital part of the University’s ongoing growth and success. Three alumni—Fatima Osman, Alaa Hirori, and Fatima Ahmed—shared how AUK scholarships transformed their lives. Their heartfelt stories resonated deeply, showcasing the power of education in driving individual and societal progress.

Dr. Issa underscored how donor support transforms education, empowers students to achieve their dreams, inspires faculty innovation, and drives social and economic progress in Kurdistan.
Next, the Chairman of the Board honored individuals and organizations whose generosity has been instrumental in the institution’s and its students’ success. The ceremony also honored Dr. Randall Rhodes and Dr. Honar Issa for their outstanding leadership and efforts in fundraising.
