The Information Technology Department (ITD) is responsible for supporting the IT needs of AUK’s faculty, staff and students by providing exceptional services that are strategically aligned to AUK’s academic and administrative goals. ITD runs the following services:
- Network management
- Server deployment and management
- Desktop computing support
- Data administration
- Computing labs
- Media and IT equipment for lectures and conference facilities
- Telecommunications infrastructure management
- Print management
- Student accommodation IT support
- IT helpdesk support
