Dr. Lazgin Zeebaree is a medical doctor with extensive experience in internal medicine. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Director General of Planning and Health Education at the Ministry of Health for the Kurdistan Regional Government.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Zeebaree is an active scholar and expert in linguistics. He is a prolific writer, having published several books, articles, and op-eds both nationally and internationally. He is also one of the founding members of Kurdistan 24.

Dr. Zeebaree earned his medical degree from the University of Shiraz in Iran in 1995.
