Albert B. Wolf, PhD

Dean, College of International Studies

Dr. Albert B. Wolf is the Dean of the College of International Studies.  He earned his doctorate from the University of California, Irvine and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University.  His work focuses on International Security, Strategic Studies, and the Middle East.  He has particular interests in nuclear proliferation as well as the relationship between domestic political survival and international relations.  Dr. Wolf has published in International Security, Middle East Policy, Comparative Strategy, Polity, Survival, and Polity.  Dr. Wolf served as a foreign policy advisor to two U.S. Presidential campaigns.  In addition to his academic work, he has written several editorials that have appeared in, among other popular outlets, The Washington Post.  He has worked and conducted research throughout the region, including Israel, Azerbaijan, and Afghanistan.
